Pullman “A” Clay Loam soils with a 0-1% slope make up 100% of the soils on this farm. It would be unlikely to find a farm with a better soil profile and the lay of the land. Re-introduction of irrigation would certainly enhance the productivity of the farm but it will make an excellent dryland farm as is.

This property is located in close proximity to several large dairies and feedyards which will offer a very good market for grain and forage crops. Additionally this is an excellent area for dryland wheat and/or cotton.
