Tucumcari Mountain is and has been known as a landmark for travelers for centuries including Indians, Spanish Explorers, Spanish Settlers, Civil War Soldiers and Cattlemen on their trail drives as well as present day travelers. This property contains 502 acres of Native grassland and is located in very close proximity to Tucumcari, NM just off of I-40.

A premier feature of the property is the American Telecommunication Tower, the PBS-UHF TV Tower and the Quay County Communications Tower for the Police & Fire Department which will contribute considerable additional revenue to the property. Proceeds from the leases offer a very real return on investment.

There is a primitive, dirt, switch-back road that traverses the property to near the top of Tucumcari Mountain to a relatively flat bench on which the towers are located. This road is maintained by the county in order to have access to their tower. The owner of the property has also made a new road that can be used for hiking and ATV travel.

The perimeter of the property is fenced with four strands of barbed wire with steel post and can be watered by a domestic well on the property which according to the owner is approximately 230” deep which is thought to produce approximately 8GPM and is equipped with a solar-powered submersible electric motor and pump with a livestock water drinker in place.
