The northwest corner of this farm is located at the intersection of FM 1057 and US Hwy 86 with approximately 1¼ miles of highway frontage on Hwy 86. There are 18 irrigation wells, two tail water pits with lake pumps and six T&L sprinklers all which have long drops spaced on 80” centers. The area watered by the sprinklers includes an 85-acre partial circle, a 120-acre circle, a 152-acre circle, a 160-acre circle, a 180-acre circle and a 435-acre circle.

Thirteen of the irrigation wells have turbine pumps and all will be equipped with vertical hollow-shaft electric motors by Summer, 2016. Five of the irrigation wells have submersible electric motors and pumps (4-30hp & 1-20hp). The wells produce a total of approximately 4500 gpm.

Located in the northwest corner of the farm is approximately 5.3 million lbs of grain storage (two grain tanks that are 42’ in diameter with capacity of two million lbs each and two cone bottom tanks that are 20’ in diameter with cement floors with capacity of 500,000 lbs each), two Redox natural gas fired corn dryers that have 750 bu/hr capacity each, an elevator leg (3500 bu/hr) and a dump pit (holds approximately two semi loads) as well as a metal cotton gin building suitable for repairing for hay storage, etc. A 30’X40’ Star-built metal frame barn is located on the west side of the south section.
