These four sections include approximately 1100 acres under 5 sprinklers and 185 acres of pivot corners that could be developed with drip irrigation systems. Three of the sprinklers (2 Zimmatic and 1 Valley) are ¼ mile in length and nozzeled for 500 gpm, one Valley sprinkler windshields 250 acres and is nozzeled for 750 gpm and a new Zimmatic ½-mile sprinkler is nozzeled for 1600 gpm. The sprinklers are supplied by 10 wells with submersible electric motors and pumps and will run any four sprinklers at the same time. Electricity for the wells and sprinklers is produced by 4 generators with natural gas engines. New 8” and 10” high-pressure plastic line connects all the wells and sprinklers. There is a small shop building, two domestic/livestock wells and a large set of steel cattle pens.
