This farm has two late model Reinke center pivot sprinkler irrigation systems. The north sprinkler is nozzled at 1,750 g.p.m. and waters 500 acres. The south sprinkler is nozzled at 1,400 g.p.m. and waters 470 acres. Only one sprinkler is run at a time. During the past two years, the turbine pumps in all six irrigation wells have been reconditioned.Ê These pumps are powered by natural gas engines. There are also three domestic wells.

375 acres of alfalfa were planted in 2007 under the north sprinkler.Annual hay and grain crops have been produced on the remaining acres.The farm is set-up to easily handle cattle with nearly new barbed wire and steal post fencing and cross fencing. There are steel cattle pens at each pivot and the corners are fenced separately with ample waterers.

A beautiful, new 2560 sq. ft. modular home was moved to the property in 2007. The home has 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 half baths, a kitchen with breakfast area and a dining room. There is also a patio area with an above-ground swimming pool and a car port. A new 50X100 metal building with concrete floors was built in 2007.
