There are two irrigation wells on the south side of the section about which the current owners have no information. There is a good barbed wire fence around the section except for a half mile on the east side. There is also an older metal building on the property. No mineral interest is offered but there is no production of oil or gas on the property. Access to the property is provided by a graded county road on its south side.
