Ben G. Scott graduated from Texas Tech University in 1965 and obtained a real estate license in the spring of 1966. Ben was first licensed with Gibson Real Estate & Insurance in Hereford, Texas and obtained his Broker's license in June of 1967 and is currently a Broker in Texas and Oklahoma.

Ben worked with Gibson Real Estate and continued farming in the Dimmitt area for many years and opened Scott Land Company in 1980.

Ben's daughter, Krystal M. Nelson, obtained her license in 1997 and is now a Broker in Texas, the New Mexico Qualifying Broker and Colorado Broker with Scott Land Company, LLC.
