This 1,120 acre farm/ranch is located in the southeast part of Union County, New Mexico with excellent access
off of paved New Mexico Highway #421 (Texas Highway #102) approximately 2½ miles west of the
Texas/New Mexico State Line to the southeast corner of the property located on the north side of the Highway
