This ranch is located west of historic Fort Sumner, New Mexico and is 2 hours from Albuquerque or Santa Fe and 2:45 from Amarillo, TX. The ranch consists of 6,307± deeded acres and 1,556± acres of New Mexico State Lease land and is divided into three pastures.
Located at the headquarters which is accessed by caliche road off Hwy 60 is a good 1980's ready-built home. Other improvements include a horse barn, overhead feed bins and pens with cattle scales, working and load chutes. The corrals are constructed of steel pipe and are in good condition.
Water is provided with five total wells, three equipped with windmills, one solar well and a submersible pump and motor on the grid at the Head Quarters.
